Shipping areas: We ship nationwide across Egypt.
Delivery time
- Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
- Other governorates: 3–7 business days
Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery and Visa card payment online.
Order confirmation: For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm before shipping. Please respond so we can process your order without delay.
Delivery inspection: You can inspect your order at the door before accepting it. If you reject the delivery, shipping fees apply: for Cash on Delivery orders, you pay the shipping fee to the courier; for Visa orders, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking: You'll get a shipping update via WhatsApp once your order is out for delivery.
Damages and issues: Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us right away so we can fix it.
